Do you ship your chinchillas? Will you deliver you chinchillas?
      I do not ship. I will drive a reasonable distance to meet at the buyers expense. I will also deliver to shows If I already plan on attending or will meet along a preplanned route if I am traveling, when possible.



If I find another chinchilla sold somewhere else cheaper will you reduce your price?
     No my prices are based on color and quality. I have high quality, friendly chinchillas for reasonable prices. I put a lot of time and effort into my breeding program and have exceptional chinchillas.



Do you offer discounts for multiple purchases or repeat customers?
    I do usually offer discounts with multiple purchases as well as to my many repeat customers. Any discount offered is to my discretion as well as the amount that is discounted.



Do you have any Guarantee?
    I guarantee that when the chinchilla leaves my care it will be healthy, well adjusted and free of genetic defects unless otherwise noted. Due to the fact that I cannot control what quality of care they receive when they leave my home any replacement or refund is based on individual circumstances and will require proof that the issues developed here.



Do you have any experience with Malocclusion?
    I have had no instances of malocclusion in my breeding herd or of their offspring to my knowledge.  I have experience Malocclusion with rescues that have been taken in. All of my breeding animals are free from teeth issues.



In what circumstances will a deposit be refunded?
    If I end a sale after deposit is received I will refund the deposit. This is also to my discretion.

    I do accept paypal. The paypal address will be provided upon request once a sale is agreed upon by both parties
