I have not seen any issues of chinchillas biting when tired or cranky. There is a show in WI (Barniveld) every year in October, and the spring seminar is there I beleive the 17th this year.

Hi! I am 13 yrs. old and finally talked them into me getting a chinchilla. I have about... i don't exactly know how much $ but a LOT. And was wondering if you have a easy to handle, loving, gentle chinchilla. I have been doing research for the last oh 3 years and am ready for the commitment, your prices and chinchillas are nice and reasonable. Hi, I was wondering if you knew where I could get a used chinchilla cage for cheap. The animal shelter gave me on of those superpet cages but I know that my chin needs a bigger one. I need a cheap one because I am 11 and have to pay for it myself. Thanks! P.S. if you ever have a 5 or 6 year old female for sale let me know

Hi there, I'm from Milwaukee Wi and have been looking for a reputable chinchilla breeder on and off for nearly a decade; I've visited numberous shows and all breeders have told me the only way to get a sweet, bonding, good tempermented chin is to get a very, very young one- NOT from a pet sore. Rachel, Luna and Nargle have never been separated so they are still paired up. They have been together for 3 years. Nargle is in with Bella, Lily and Luna. Cristine is a White Ebony. I still have her daughter (Lucky) and Granddaughter (Bella) here in breeding.

I'm Kristy sister we have to of her chinchillas that she raised. They are so freindly. My Seven year old has been able to take Joker in to his class room for the last 2 years. Joker just sits in my lap and lets the kids touch him. He has also gone to cub scouts with us and talked about how to care for a pet. They kids love them.
